Heater Erection Services

We are a full service contractor. We have experience in working inside of most of the refineries. We maintain an excellent safety record. We supply our own supervision and inspection services. We can mobilize on short notice in most parts of the country. Our resources include access to qualified alloy welders from shops in Tulsa and Houston, most parts of the US as wll as all over the world.

Besides erection of new equipment, we are experienced at retrofitting existing heaters. Our resumé includes replacement of convection sections, and reconfiguring coil flow passes, installation of SCR's. We once moved a large fired heater from Rifle, Colorado to Los Angeles for a refinery client in the south bay area.

Most refinery operators will tell you that good instrumentation is the secret to easy and safe heater operation. We supply on-site heater startup services in addition to heater instruments. As a qualified supplier of burner management systems (see BMS for additional information), we are experts at proper startup procedures and refractory dryout procedures.
